If the customer wishes to return a product he has purchased, he can do so within 14 working days of receipt.
The return can be done either on-site or by shipment (the costs paid by the sender) to the physical store YCautotools Ltd. along with proof of payment.
In order to accept the returnable product the item must be closed or open packed, unused and in its original packaging. The product will be checked by the store for its condition and once it is approved for return then it can be exchanged for a product of equal value or a refund.
Orders made by phone or on-site at the store are only allowed to be returned within 7 business days and are entitled to a refund only by issuing a voucher or exchanging an equivalent product.
All returns can be made on any business day and time of the physical store.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for services and digital content, from the day the contract was concluded) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, such as digital content you started to download or stream after agreeing to lose that right. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
